Hair transplant

Follicular unit transplantation/Follicular unit extractions

Hair transplant is a surgical procedure that offers beautiful growth of hair in areas that hair may have been lost over time.  Hair is transplanted from areas of more dense hair such as the back of the head to areas that are thin or bald.  Topical treatments such as Minoxidil can help improve growth, however, hair transplant is the only procedure that can effectively promote regrowth of hair for lasting results.

Various techniques can be used to promote hair growth via hair transplant treatments.  The most common are follicular unit extractions (grafts) and follicular unit transplants (strip technique). The strip technique is often used in individuals who can easily cover a strip harvest site with longer adjacent hair.   FUE technique is often the more preferred technique that allows for transplant of hair without significant scaring and is best performed on individuals who wear their hair short.

Treatments average approximately 6 hours and are well tolerated with local numbing creams.  This is a phenomenal treatment for those looking to rejuvenate yourself. Ask about our lunchtime mini-transplant sessions!
